2. Service Usage Guidelines & Restrictions

Trim Link offers a reliable platform to shorten, manage, and share URLs. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Use the services for lawful purposes only.
• Refrain from sharing malicious or harmful content through shortened URLs.
• Follow all applicable local, national, and international laws while using our services.

In addition, Trim Link provides:

• QR Code Generation: Users can create custom QR codes for their shortened URLs.
• Custom Domains: Paid subscribers can use personalized domains to brand their shortened links.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment Terms

Trim Link offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Access basic features such as URL shortening and analytics.
• Paid Plans: Include premium features such as advanced analytics, custom domains, priority support, and QR code customization.

By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize Trim Link to charge your billing account for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes, including government-mandated taxes.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in these terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access to paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Government-mandated taxes will be added to the subscription fee based on your location and applicable laws.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policies

• Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.
• Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided unless required by applicable law. However, in exceptional cases, such as billing errors, you may request a refund by contacting our support team.
• Account Downgrade: Upon cancellation of a paid plan, your account will automatically revert to the free plan at the end of the billing cycle, and access to premium features will be discontinued.

8. Service Liability Limitations

12. Complete Terms Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trignoweb Solution Pvt. Ltd. regarding your use of our services. Any prior or contemporaneous communications between you and Trignoweb Solution Pvt. Ltd. regarding your use of our services are merged into these terms.
